DVD supports up to 8-road subtitlesWindow main menu during playback-"Subtitle selection" item lists all subtitles provided by DVD movie to change the current subtitle.
Attention: Many media players could only display one road subtitle file, but Cool DVD Player could display 32 roads subtitles in total.Through "Subtitle selection" item to open other subtitles,current subtitle would not close.Close a subtitle by selecting corresponding item in qucik menu poped up.
Different subtitles may overlap, but only one is demonstrated in the same position.
When mouse pointing to the position of subtitle, Cool DVD Player would demonstrate a translucent green square surrounding the subtitle, at the same time the cursor changed to a movable sign.At this time hold down the mouse in left key, may change the subtitle's original position, by up and down.
When the green square appear, right-click the mouse then subtitle editor quick menu should pop up.
Items in the quick menu:
The first item shows the language of subtitle and current width-height stretch ratio. Uncheck this item would close corresponding subtitle.
"Zoom in","Zoom out" and "Restore" are three quick menu items that can change the size of subtitle.Peaking process: When this item is checked,Cool DVD Player will make the boundary peaking and relative processing to cause the subtitle effect more clearer during playback.
Subtitle editor: To open Cool DVD Player's Subtitle editor
Subtitle's size adjustment: Cool DVD Player adopts double-three-B-transect-curve technology to stretch the subtitle image. The users can adjust stretch ratio through slider control.When "remain the scale of width and height" item is checked, horizontal and vertical ratio take the same value."Default button supplies the default value.
If subtitle after enlargement beyond the mark, the part out of boundary would turn to next line automatically.
Subtitle high-light part and background part edition: High-ligh part means characters usually white in color.Background part means that in order to distinguish video image,the edge of subtitle is back in color generally.Change the transparency of the two parts through slider control."Select" button to select corresponding colors through palette dialog box.
Peaking process: Due toDVDlow resolution of original subtitle image, effect of subtitle is not so good when doing the playback in bigger resolution.The subtitle peaking technology generates for improving subtitle's video effect.When this item is checked,Cool DVD Player will make the boundary peaking and relative processing to cause the subtitle effect more clearer during playback.
