Screen resolution: 32 bit true color (or 16 bit enhanced color), 800X600 pixels

Q2.When I run the installation program in Windows XP SP2, it prompts that there might be unsafe factors in the file. So what should I do?
A: Microsoft Windows XP SP2's default installation settings will pop up a security warning if the software is not made by Microsoft. If you confirm that you download the installation program from Cool Paint's official website, you could select "Run" when the warning pops up.

ABOUT PURCHASE AND ACTIVATION
Q1: How to buy the serial code of Cool Paint?
A: During your purchasing process, make sure your computer is correctly connected to the Internet.
Step 1. Double-click the Cool Paint icon in the desktop.
Open the Cool Paint.
Or find menu "Start->All Programs->Cool Paint->Register Cool Paint" to enter the purchase & activation page.
Step 2. Click "Buy Now!" in Cool Paint's info window to enter the payment page.
Step 3. Enter the payment page and please fill in all the information exactly.

Please pay more attention to correctly filling out your Email address because the serial code of the software you purchased will be sent to the Email you have registered.)
Step 4. After successful payment, the register code will be sent to the mailbox you have filled in the payment page. We recommend you to move your email regarding the serial code to a safe place.

Q2: How to activate Cool Paint?
A: After successful payment, the serial code will be sent to the mailbox you have filled in the payment page.
Step 1. Double-click the Cool Paint icon in the desktop.
Open the Cool Paint
Or find menu "Start->All Programs->Cool Paint->Register Cool Paint" to enter the purchase & activation page.
Step 2.Click "Register!" button in Cool Paint's info window to enter the software activation window.
Step 3. Input the serial code you got in the Serial Code box and click "Register". If you input the correct serial code, Cool Paint will be successfully activated. Or it will prompt that the serial code is incorrect and you need to input again.

Q1: Why can't I send my picture after clicking "Send Mail" button?
A: Please set Outlook Express as default email client application and correctly set the parameters of send/receive. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, The Bat!, Thunderbird or other email client application, or directly send emails by Web page, you would not send your pictures by Cool Paint's inbuilt "Send Mail" function temporarily. We will provide support for more email client application in the following versions.

Q2: Why there are so little materials in my Cool Paint?
A: In order to download quickly and conveniently, Cool Paint only provides limited materials. If you download the Installation program of Cool Paint via the internet, you can log on Cool Paint's official website to free download the extension of materials.

Q3: Why can't I run Cool Paint in full screen?
A: Currently, you can only run Cool Paint in full screen of 800X600 resolution instead of any higher resolutions. We will provide support for more and higher resolutions in the following versions.

Q4: How do I extend the materials of Cool Paint?
A: Cool Paint's Materials Pack contain background, cartoon, animation and many other types. Please log on Cool Paint's official website to download relative package of extension of materials.

Q5: Does Cool Paint's background music support MP3 and CD?
A: Unfortunately, Cool Paint only supports background music in .mid format presently. We will provide support for more formats in the following versions.
